Phewa Dialogue 2024
The Phewa Dialogue 2024, inaugurated by Nepal's former President Bidya Devi Bhandari in Pokhara, promotes regional prosperity, peace, and economic integration between Nepal and China. Hosted by Sichuan University and Tribhuvan University, it focuses on addressing South Asia’s challenges, including industrial shifts and emerging needs. The dialogue follows Nepal's earlier Sagarmatha Dialogue initiative and seeks to establish Nepal as a hub for international cooperation. It also highlights the role of academic institutions in shaping policy discussions, aiming to enhance collaboration for South Asia’s economic growth and stability.
