5th National EMRS Cultural & Literary Fest and Kala Utsav 2024
The 5th National EMRS Cultural & Literary Fest and Kala Utsav 2024, held in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, celebrated India’s tribal heritage with the theme "A Tribute to Bhagwan Birsa Munda & Tribal Freedom Fighters." Organised by NESTS and hosted by OMTES, the event saw over 2,000 students from Eklavya Model Residential Schools participate in 35 cultural and literary competitions. This fest promotes tribal unity, artistic expression, and holistic development, marking a milestone in empowering India’s tribal youth while highlighting the importance of education and heritage preservation.
