Project UDBHAV

Project UDBHAV is an initiative launched by the Indian government to integrate ancient military strategies from India's historical texts with modern military practices. This innovative partnership between the Indian Army and the United Services Institution of India (USI) aims to enhance strategic thinking and modern warfare capabilities. By conducting extensive research, workshops, and seminars, the project seeks to revive and test ancient military patterns, preserving them within modern military education and practice. The project was inaugurated by Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh at the Indian Military Heritage Festival, highlighting its significance in improving defence strategies and preserving historical knowledge.
