- Central ministries
- Agencies, etc.
Who:
- It is chaired by the Cabinet Secretary (currently: Rajiv Gauba).
- Other members include:
- Secretaries to ministries of Home Affairs, Agriculture, Defence, etc.
- Secretary to the PM, etc.
