K Sanjay Murthy, New Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India

K Sanjay Murthy, an IAS officer from the Andhra Pradesh cadre (1989 batch), has been appointed as India’s new Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG), succeeding Girish Chandra Murmu.
