E-Daakhil Portal
E-Daakhil, an online consumer complaint portal launched on September 7, 2020, is now operational nationwide, including Ladakh. It enables users to register, file complaints, pay fees, and track cases remotely, aligning with the Consumer Protection Act 2019. With over 2.8 lakh users and 1.98 lakh cases filed, E-Daakhil ensures paperless, affordable, and efficient grievance redressal. Future enhancements include E-Jagriti to simplify processes further. This initiative represents a significant step toward protecting consumer rights and improving access to justice.
