The updated Citizen’s Charter outlines service timelines for areas like Drawbacks and Air Cargo. The new 'Ease of Doing Business' tab allows taxpayers to provide feedback, fostering a business-friendly environment. A revamped Citizen’s Corner portal provides clear tax compliance information. Additionally, a digital archive showcases India’s indirect tax history through educational resources. Led by the Directorate General of Taxpayer Services (DGTS), these measures aim to streamline tax processes, encourage voluntary compliance, and improve overall tax administration efficiency.
