Will Asteroid 2024 LZ4 Pose a Threat to Earth?
Asteroid 2024 LZ4, measuring 72 feet in length, will pass closer to Earth than the Moon at a distance of 173,000 miles. Despite its proximity, it is not considered a threat due to its small size, falling short of the criteria for potentially hazardous asteroids. NASA and other space agencies continue to monitor such objects to predict their paths and ensure Earth's safety.
