‘Vidyut Rakshak’ Monitoring System

The Indian Army has launched "Vidyut Rakshak," an IoT-enabled system for monitoring, protecting, and controlling generators. Developed by Maj Rajprasad R S, it was showcased during "Exercise Bharat Shakti." The system enhances generator performance through real-time monitoring, fault prediction, and automated controls. It signifies the Army's commitment to tech-based solutions, supported by a MoU with IIT Delhi. This initiative, part of the "Year of Tech Absorption," aims to improve operational efficiency and longevity of equipment.
