Tragic Plane Crash in South Korea

A tragic plane crash in South Korea involving a Jeju Air Boeing 737-800 claimed 177 lives out of 181 on board. The flight was en route from Bangkok to Muan International Airport when it veered off the runway during landing, collided with a wall, and caught fire. Only two crew members survived, while two others remain unaccounted for. Over 700 personnel are involved in rescue efforts led by South Korea’s acting president, Choi Sang-mok. All flights to Muan International Airport have been cancelled to facilitate rescue operations and ensure safety.
