Supreme Court to Rule on Bribery Law

This case, stemming from a 2016 bribery incident in Orissa, challenges interpretations of the law before its 2018 amendment, which explicitly criminalized bribery offers. The PCA penalizes corrupt practices by public servants and others, with amendments in 2018 and 2021 strengthening anti-corruption measures.
