Indian Naval Ships Enhance Maritime Cooperation in Bahrain

Indian Naval Ship INS Tir and Indian Coast Guard Ship ICGS Veera arrived in Manama, Bahrain, on October 14, 2024, as part of a Long Range Training Deployment. This visit aims to strengthen naval cooperation with Bahrain, improve maritime security in the Persian Gulf, and promote joint training sessions. Planned activities include a Maritime Partnership Exercise (MPE), crew exchanges, and community service. The visit is part of India’s ongoing mission-based deployments, enhancing regional security and cooperation with Gulf nations.
