Indian International Maritime Dispute Resolution Centre (IIMDRC)
India launched the Indian International Maritime Dispute Resolution Centre (IIMDRC) during the 20th MSDC meeting in Goa to manage maritime disputes with industry-led solutions. Alongside, the Indian Maritime Centre (IMC) was introduced as a think tank for maritime policy and innovation. Plans include a Mega Shipbuilding Park and developing the largest dredger at Cochin Shipyard with Royal IHC. The National Maritime Heritage Complex in Lothal will celebrate India's maritime history. The ongoing Sagarmala Programme aims to develop ports and coastal areas, with 839 projects targeted by 2035, representing an investment of ₹5.79 lakh crore.
