India-Vietnam 3rd Security Dialogue

The 3rd India-Vietnam Security Dialogue was held in Hanoi, co-chaired by India’s Deputy NSA Pavan Kapoor and Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Public Security, Lt. Gen. Pham The Tung. Discussions covered counter-terrorism, organized crime, cybercrime, and economic security, with a focus on collaboration, capacity-building, and UN peacekeeping efforts. High-level meetings emphasized bilateral cooperation within the framework established in 2016, strengthening the India-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
