Haryana Clean Air Project
The Haryana Clean Air Project, funded by the World Bank with Rs. 10 billion, aims to combat air pollution over ten years. It will enhance air quality monitoring, establish a management unit, and train stakeholders. Key interventions include promoting electric vehicles, encouraging clean energy in industries, creating green urban spaces, and managing agricultural waste. The state already has significant air quality monitoring infrastructure in place.
