Viraasat Sari Festival 2024
The Viraasat Sari Festival 2024, hosted by the Ministry of Textiles, is taking place at Handloom Haat, Janpath, New Delhi, from December 15 to 28, 2024. This festival celebrates India’s handloom heritage, featuring 80 stalls where artisans directly sell handwoven saris such as Paithani, Kota Doria, Kancheepuram, and Banarasi Brocade. Visitors can enjoy live weaving demonstrations, cultural performances, and workshops on sustainability.
