SHe-Box Portal
The SHe-Box portal, launched on October 19, 2024, by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, streamlines the process of addressing workplace sexual harassment. It allows women to lodge complaints directly or through representatives while maintaining strict confidentiality. The portal connects complaints to Internal Committees (ICs) or Local Committees (LCs), which are integral to ensuring compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013. Nodal officers monitor complaints in real time via dashboards, ensuring timely investigations. This initiative strengthens women’s safety at work and emphasizes legal compliance and empowerment.
