Snowblind Malware
Snowblind malware is a sophisticated threat targeting Android devices to steal banking information. It hides by repackaging safe programs, exploiting accessibility features to control devices remotely. Spread mainly through social engineering, it mimics safe apps not found in official stores. It operates by injecting harmful code using the Linux kernel's seccomp function, monitoring screens, stealing login data, and disabling security features like 2FA. To prevent infection, users should download apps from reliable sources, avoid unsolicited links, choose well-reviewed apps, and use security apps designed for Android devices.
