iCET (Initiative on Critical and Emerging Technologies)- Highlights, Working & Significance

This week, dialogues between Indian National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and his US counterpart Jake Sullivan concluded in Washington with a roadmap for military and techno-economic cooperation. This was the inaugural engagement between the 2 countries under the iCET framework.        

What is iCET?

• The iCET or Initiative on Critical and Emerging Technologies is a program launched by India and the USA for collaboration in a number of fields to boost technological and defence industrial cooperation.
