Eligibility

  • Rural youth who are poor
  • Age limit: 15-35 (45 for women, PVTGs, PwDs, Transgender, and other special groups)
  • Focus on SC/ST, minorities, and women
  • No separate targets for special groups
  • Strategies to address issues of access for special groups

Implementation Strategy

  • Participatory Identification of Poor (PIP)
  • Earmarking of funds for SC/ST, minorities, and women
  • Separate projects for PwD
  • Sensitization of employers for PwD
  • Note on placement linked training of PwD
