Indonesia Joins BRICS as Full Member

Indonesia has officially joined BRICS, a bloc comprising Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, with a collective GDP exceeding .5 trillion. This move strengthens BRICS as an alternative to Western-led global governance. Indonesia, the fourth most populous country, joined after its 2024 presidential election, underlining its strategic partnership with developing nations.
