Himachal Pradesh New Schemes
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu launched six new development schemes during the Congress government's second-anniversary celebration in Bilaspur. These initiatives target agricultural enhancement, educational support, and rural livelihoods. Key schemes include "Him Bhog Atta" for natural farming, an organic compost purchase scheme, the Rajiv Gandhi Self-Employment Start-up Scheme for subsidized electric taxis, and the Indira Gandhi Sukh Shiksha Yojana for educational aid. The ambitious HP Shiva Project focuses on horticulture, covering 6,000 hectares. Collectively, these programs aim to promote sustainability, economic growth, and social welfare in the state.
