First ASEAN-India Cyber Policy Dialogue

The first ASEAN-India Track 1 Cyber Policy Dialogue, held in Singapore in October 2024, aimed to strengthen cybersecurity cooperation between India and ASEAN countries, focusing on rising cyber threats and digital infrastructure resilience. Led by India’s Amit A Shukla and the Philippines' Jeffrey Ian Dy, discussions covered national cyber policies, threat assessments, and recent ICT developments at the UN. Both sides agreed to build cybersecurity capacity through training and knowledge sharing, supporting the broader strategic partnership and digital transformation goals between India and ASEAN.
