BlinkX – India’s First Gen AI Lab

BlinkX, the digital stockbroking arm of JM Financial, has launched BlinkX Gen AI Lab to leverage artificial intelligence for enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Located in Mumbai, the lab spans over 10,000 square feet and is led by Soumya Pattanayak. The lab focuses on AI-driven projects, including automated creative comments and real-time customized content. Key innovations include the Hyper-Personalized Nudge Engine, Customer Behavioural Models, and Customer-Activity Prediction Models. Additionally, AI-driven decision support tools like Real-Time Analysis, Advanced-Data Infrastructure, and BlinkX Insights, a ChatGPT-like tool, are being developed to improve trade experiences and predictive capabilities.
